Support to an international Oil & Gas organisation on building and deploying its performance management system and risk management system on QPR Scorecard (2009)

IYCON was a key contributor in the design of the Risk & Performance management system being used on QPR Scorecard for a large Oil and Gas organisation across Australia.

Consulting Support to a large Telecom company in India, in deploying a TL-9000 Quality initiative on QPR Tools (2008-2009)

IYCON Consultants were involved in training the core team within the telecom on QPR Tools, as well as assisting in designing the architecture of the process repository, and the performance management system which uses QPR Scorecard & QPR ProcessGuide.

Consulting Support on QPR Tools to a Big 4 Consulting organisation (2008-2009)

IYCON was actively involved in supporting a large, Big 4 consulting firm in its use of QPR Tools during the delivery of their assignments, thereby assisting them to reduce costs of their assignments as well as automate client report delivery from QPR Tools.

Creation of Strategy Reporting for a Utilities company in Abu Dhabi using QPR Scorecard (2008 & 2009)

IYCON completed full automation of a strategic reporting system, which was moved from an excel based system onto QPR Scorecard. In 2009, over 80 strategic initiatives have been added to the reporting system, with the status of all these initiatives being monitored on QPR Scorecard.

Building a Policies and Procedures repository for one of the largest UAE banks (2008)

IYCON was involved in training and setup of the Policies and Procedures repository of the UAE based bank, using QPR ProcessGuide. Best practice methodologies using base / child models, inter model linkages etc. were used to support the assignment.

Balanced Scorecard automation for a Logistics company in Qatar (2008).

The organisation was moving from a paper based monitoring system to a fully automated system which provided link from strategy to operations. IYCON deployed the system within 30 days on QPR Scorecard.

Balanced Scorecard deployment for a private finance company in Oman (2008)

The Balanced Scorecard was integrated into the operational reporting system, with updates from the transactional systems being uploaded into QPR Scorecard at each day end.

Automation of Balanced Scorecards for High Technology Manufacturing Organisation on QPR Scorecard (2008)

The balanced scorecards was moved from an excel based system, to a fully automated system, along with full automation of existing operational reporting. This was for a manufacturing organisation in Saudi Arabia.

Automation of Strategy Scorecards for Federal Government Postal Authority on QPR Scorecard (2008)

IYCON deployed a complete automated strategy reporting system, based on QPR Scorecard, for a UAE Federal Govt. postal authority. The project involved full automation of manual strategy scorecards, and linking the same to existing data sources, as well as comprehensive reporting on the same. The entire project was delivered in Arabic.

Outsourced Management of Strategy Monitoring based on QPR Scorecard (2007)
IYCON also provides outsourced management services whereby a multi business group company’s scorecards built on QPR Scorecard, is managed on an ongoing basis. The company is free to deploy and focus on their strategy and business while the operational burden of handling the strategy management system is completely handled by IYCON.

Business Process Mapping for a Multi Business Group Company  (2005-2007)
IYCON consultants were retained to map “As-Is” processes of a large multi business group with operations ranging from fashion and retail to logistics. The mapped processes were deployed and communicated internally with QPR ProcessGuide.

Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Deployment Support  (2003 - 2007)
IYCON consultants have been involved in Balanced Scorecard & Strategy Deployment support for a large number of corporate across banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, distribution and other major sectors. Deployment support ranged from creating balanced scorecards and complete strategies, right through to deployment and operationalisation of the balanced scorecard & strategy.

Business Process Re-engineering for a Process Manufacturing Company  (2005)
IYCON consultants were retained to map “As-Is” processes of a large manufacturing organisation which is geographically spread from the Far East across the Middle East to Europe. Post the mapping, the processes were analysed and process improvements were suggested along with estimated cost benefits.

Business Strategy Consulting for a Software Services Company (2005-2006)
IYCON consultants were retained for a period of time to act as Strategic Business Consultants to the Management of a Software Services Company. The assignment involved IYCON consultants acting as part of the management team of the client and providing ongoing strategic input towards achievement of defined targets.

7 year Strategic Business Plan for a Petroleum  Company (2004)
IYCON consultants were involved in the process of facilitating the Strategic Business Plan (SBP). The process involved brainstorm sessions along with the company management and culminated in the SBP along with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for each department to provide checkpoints during execution of the SBP.

Support to a Government Department on Quality Initiatives (2004)
IYCON consultants were involved in supporting a government department in driving quality initiatives internally as well as ascertaining the feasibility of implementing the Balanced Scorecard internally.

Business Process Re-engineering for a leading newsprint distribution company (2004)
IYCON consultants led the business process re-engineering initiative for a newsprint distribution company. The process involved mapping existing processes, determining process changes, and current standard times for each activity. Support was also provided to the client to implement recommendations made.

Business Plan for setting up a new Radio Broadcasting Unit (2003)
IYCON consultants were involved in the creation of a new business plan as well as project financials for the purpose of setting up a new Radio Broadcasting Unit. The purpose of this business plan was to raise equity financing for the project.

Strategic Business Consulting for a Government Department (2003)
IYCON consultants were involved in the process of facilitating KPI’s for a high profile government department which organizes festivals in Dubai. The KPI’s were facilitated during discussions with the client team and tracking of the KPI’s were automated using software.
