QPR ProcessAnalyzer

With QPR ProcessAnalyzer you can make process improvements that deliver concrete business value.

What is the best way to analyze your operations?
There are two options - The first is to ask employees, customers and other stakeholders for feedback. The second option is Process Mining. In other words: you ask the data.
Most businesses where operations are based on procurement and/or supply chains use timestamps to record specific events along the chain: taking an order, sourcing the goods, transporting them to the customer, receiving the payment, etc. It’s these timestamps that QPR ProcessAnalyzer extracts, reads and visually models in such a way that you can instantly identity deviations from an ideal process flow — and find the root cause of a problem that may be costing your business money.

Turn your data into process intelligence

Benefits of QPR ProcessAnalyzer

  • To see your performance in real time
  • To identify the root causes of process inefficiencies
  • To quickly locate and fix bottlenecks
  • To decrease resource needs and free up working capital
  • To track KPIs and their changes over time

  • Automatic Process Visualization
The Flowchart Analysis shows the 'as-is' process flowchart where you can see each event type and flow, how long it takes between each even type, and the median and average duration of the process visualized as flow chart. All the variations, repetitions, loops and delays are easily visible. This is the starting point for your analysis and provides the big picture of your process.

    Root Cause Analysis
The Influence Analysis enables users to identify how big of an impact certain attributes have to identified process variations. Users can easily drill down on their data and see statistically on which factor contributes the most to variations in the process. You can also benchmark the different attributes to see which is the most vulnerable to delays conpared to other attributes.

    KPI Analysis
QPR ProcessAnalyzer enables the creaion of KPI dashboards for following up on processes and if they meet KPIs. The real-life data stored in the transactional systems is used as basis for creating dashboards. The flexibility of the tool allows the used to create various different dashboards to suit their specific needs.

    Lead Time Analysis
The Duration Analysis shows how long cases take and how many of them fall in each duration slot. Users can see at a glance what is the most common duration and also how many cases fall in the longest lasting duration slot; this is important as long duration is a clear indication of issues in the process. You are able to see the bottlenecks in the process and also do drill-downs to find contributing factors.

    Conformance Analysis
Using a BPMN editor you set the target state for your process and then monitor how well the execution matches this target. By indentifying the non-conforming cases you know where to target your improvement activities and gain biggest benefits.
